What can I do at home for my hair that'll repair very fried and split ends?
Oh! Death through chemical burn!
It sounds as though you've fried your hair. I'd get thee to a salon and see about a trim and a deep conditioning session for your poor hairs. Why? Because you don't want them to all start breaking off at various lengths. Also, invest in some good products.
Pepper.

Well first you must cut off all the dead ends. Once they're split, they're split and there's no way to put them back together.
Start using good conditioners, try using some oils treatments, things like that. Put extra stuff on your ends so they dont get so dry quickly.
Protect them from the wind, and heat, and other extreme temperatures.

Definitely get the ends trimmed, and then try this stuff I really love which is Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Split End Protector with raspberry and satin extracts. It is in a red bottle and is a pump cream. It is sort of a leave in conditioner. Makes hair feel and look much more healthy! Oh - just found the link - looks like you can get shampoo and conditioner too!

Nothing but a trim will cure split ends. But until then you can condition and not use heat on your hair.

Same happened to me, just cut it all off. That's your only solution. You can go back every month to a salon and get a little bit more cut off as you go lighter, you'll need to go darker then gradually go to blonde. I had to chop 5 inches off my hair. It's easier to just get it done with. sadly though I'm back to black.. :O(

I have really fine, curly hair, and I've been having a lot of breakage, and someone told me to put olive oil in my hair, and leave overnight (I put a bandana on so as not to leave oil on my pillow), and then shampoo and condition as usual, and it really did help a lot. It looks and feels better.

Just what the other said you can't repair split ends you must cut them off. With out seeing your hair and what you are trying to style it. sounds to me you need to get a cut that will remove the ends and if your hair is not one length you will need to try a new cut. Maybe a bob, what a bob not the one your thinking of something like a shag cut inverted cut, with the longer front and shorter back. showing off the neck with longer sides is very sexy. Look at some on the web and you decide.

You are going to have to cut them off..... After that you can buy things like deep conditioner to help your hair get back its health. Then try buying a shampoo and conditioner for damaged dry hair. Condition it more often then shampoo because my hair stylist said that shampoo can dry out your hair depending on how often you use it. If you go to a beauty supply store they have lots of great things you can use to treat your hair.
