if your hair is not dry and this is not seasonal it has something to do with your vitamins. get a blood test to see what you are lacking. if it is seasonal then rubb your hair with them dryer sheets. it works. if your hair is dry and it is staticky then its lacking moisture and u need to do hot oil mask, conditioner, deep conditioning, etc.
