I recently noticed my hair is thinning really bad on the top of my head.I have no idea why but I was thinking of just cutting it short and buying a wig.I seen a web site for wigs for people losing their hair due to medical reasons,and I was wondering should I get one.I dont feel pretty anymore,I feel like a grandma,so I wanted to know does anyone wear a wig and how does it feel?Does it fall off or get crooked or do people notice its a wig?I really need some advice.Thank You.

First let me tell you I am 28 years old and nothing is wrong with my hair. I wear what is called a lace front wigs alot of the stars wear them. The wig is bonded down to you hairline and the lace allows you to part it to reveal you new scalp. you can get any style or texture i have about 6 of them curly straight wavy naturally straight. I am a cosmetologist and the salon i work for specialize in the lace front wigs and I have seen women with alopecia and other types of hair loss and when we apply the lace front wig they are like new women when they leave.
