Need advice about what to do about hair growing in wrong places?
You can get it done at the dermatoligist I believe. It like a light treatment and it is pretty painful but well worth it. after a few treatments its gone. Kinda spendy but what isnt these days?
Oh sorry i just reread your question. cheap.. well you can put this lotion on that will thin the hair but it wont go away but it could make it easier. Or bleaching even would make it less noticible.

you either need to get some wax..like nads or go get it all waxed...you are making your face toughen up like a mans each time you shave...eventually everyone will know you are shaving...stop it now...get it waxed...

Electrolysis is the best way to remove hairs. But ir is slightly painful, costly and some marks remain for a few months. A natural methos is to apply honey everyday (it has hydrogen peroxide) so that it can retard the gowth and bleach the hairs. Any way shaving is a barbarian method. A hair remover chemical is also available in the shops which dissolves the hair. But you have to apply it again when hair grows again.

You do need to stop shaving, it will make your hair stronger, like trimming the hair on your head. You need to get to the point that you can wax it (unless you want to pay for laser, which is a bit pricey). But you probably don't want to let it grow out to the point that it can be waxed. So I would get myself a small-tipped pair of tweezers and start tweezing the hairs as soon as they're long enough to grab. This will start to weaken the hair follicle, and eventually they will grow in a little finer, so you can let it get long enough to wax.
Sorry, long explanation! You'll be fine, just stop shaving!

I would recommend you don't shave, because that just makes the hair thicker and grow faster.
Try waxing. Yes, it will hurt at first but you will be happy with the results and won't have to do it everyday.
Another option is laser treatment, it is more pricey but you won't have to worry about it again. (At least not for a really long time)

It's a myth that shaving causes hair to grow thicker.
Hair is dead when it leaves the follicle, shaving can't change that.
Anyway, I'd wax if I were you. It lasts longer, and there's no stubble. The problem is, you have to let it grow out a bit before the wax has anything to grab onto.
Maybe pluck instead of shave.
