I want my hair stylists sister to do my hair?

I have not been satisfied with my hair stylist the last 3 times I've seen her. Her sister also does hair and I would like to go to her. They do not work in the same shop. How can I tactlfully do this?

i had a hairdresser tell me at one time, 'if you wanna go to someone else, go, because i dont own you'. she said if the hairdresser gets upset cause you do go elsewhere, then she is only in it for the money and not the learning experience of it and thus far should be left in the dust to remind them why they are actually doing it. she also stated if your getting a crappy hair job, nobody expects you to go back. so, i would just go, nothing is needed to be said.
