What hair products should i buy?

i have naturally curly hair and i wanna know what hair products i should buy.

i wanna make my hair wavy. should i buy mousse, gel, hair spray, leave in conditionar, straightening shampoo, and conditionar.

i have $71. and i only wanna spend $20-25 on hair products. not including hair dye.

Purchase a curl cream(if hair is heavy)or a mousse if your hair is fine or meduim thickness.As for shampoos there are pleanty brands that have special shampoos for curly hair.My favorites are curls rock by bed head or design line by regis.
