I looove the color and the bangs. It would look really great short though, you have the right face shape for a short, above-the-shoulder style.

Nothing, I like it. The color is great and the cut is nice. If you are desperate though I guess the other option would be to cut it short, like a bob or something.

i would give you blonde chunks and cut your hair off to just below your shoulders.. then give you lots and lots of layers, but keep your bangs.
