How do i make my hair like this?

1. run mouse through your hair. (dry hair)

2. take 3 inch sections and a bigger hair curler and curl your hair.

3. flip your head over after you curl everything and LOOSELY run your fingers through- dont do too much.

4. spray with a hairspray to hold it :)

How do i make my hair like this?

I want that same exact kind of hair. A curling iron is usually good, or really loose braids sometimes work. If you let the braids dry, it can come out looking like that.
